I am an in-network provider for:

I will submit insurance claims for you. You are responsible for any co-pay or co-insurance fees.
If I am out-of-network with your insurance, I can provide you with a receipt or superbill for you to submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement.
Please be sure to contact your insurance company to understand your benefits, out-of-pocket fees, and your deductible.
I accept cash, checks, credit cards, and health/flex savings accounts (HSA and FSA). Payment is expected at time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.

Initial Intake session: $160
Individual therapy session: $140
If you need to cancel an appointment, please let me know via phone or email with at least 24-hours notice. If you do not show to an appointment or cancel with less than 24-hours notice, you will be charged a $140 late cancellation fee. Please note insurance does not cover these fees. Exceptions will be made for illness and emergencies.
